I have the same exact issue, though, my character is still logged into the game. My friends can see it in the alliance raid Algaia since yesterday.
Thats when my crash happened. While I was in the loading screen for the raid and ever since, it does not log me out.

I have followed the steps shown in this thread but it did not work for me either.
support center told me there is no way to communicate to the servers to log me out manually and strongly advised me to post here.

Date & Time: Started on April 26th, 16:10. Still ongoing.

Frequency: Every time I attempt to log in with the main character.
