Gunbreaker PvP Actions Do Not Reflect Skill Descriptions.

Not sure if the tooltip is outdated, or if the buff is not providing as much damage as is intended. However, there is this discrepancy between Rough Divide's "No Mercy" buff and its tooltip.

The skill says it should increase damage by 20%, but only provides 10% increased damage.

Additionally, Gunbreaker's limit break still says it only provides 3% increased damage taken on the target, while actually providing the 4% that the patch recently buffed it to.

Were they working as stated, the limit break's second tick should hit for 4120, and Rough Divide's second hit should hit for 2400.

Both forms of increased damage do not accurately describe the damage amplification they provide.
