I am gravely disappointed in the game's PvP content and every moment that I am coercing into engaging with it makes my overall experience of Final Fantasy XIV dramatically worse. I would rather PvP be removed in its entirety, or at the very least the rewards also be earnable through other game modes that aren't as phenomenally vile.
I'm being completely frank here: that sounds like an intensely unhealthy way to engage with the game. Games are supposed to be fun. If you aren't enjoying it, why are you doing it? Being completely serious, have you considered talking to someone about this? It doesn't sound like a healthy way of approaching the game.
