Are you actually having fun in pvp? If so please explain why you are enjoying it. If you are not enjoying it, please explain why.

Seems the general consensus I am hearing is that the pvp is worse than before. More cheating, more win trading, and all around just poor ranking system. People are playing hundreds of matches with w/l of 50/50 and stuck in bronze rank.

I would like to hear what people enjoy about it. We have heard plenty of people complain about the things listed above, but what do you actually enjoy? They are making balance changes so its hard to say its balanced. They have openly admitted to rampant cheating so its hard to say its competitive.

I want to enjoy pvp in this game. Explain to me how you are having fun, perhaps we can all try to do what you are doing and you can help others enjoy this system.

I hated FFXIV PvP before and avoided it like the plague.

I've been playing CC virtually nonstop since it was added. I've forgotten how to play all my jobs in PvE.
I think the new PvP kits nailed the class fantasy for virtually all of the jobs in a way their PvE kits really can't.
The super short matches prevent the frustration of losing PvP engagements in, say, League or DotA 2,
and I like the quirky random comps and arena mechanics.

My feeling is that most people who are playing a lot of PvP but aren't enjoying it need to sort out their priorities.
Nothing about the basic gameplay or match quality changes when/if you hit Crystal tier.
If you get so obsessed with stars and portrait frames that you can't enjoy the experience of playing, you're wasting your time.

If you're not too busy crying about being stuck in gold, try working on your reading comprehension.
Nothing you quoted can be summarized as blaming players for not enjoying PvP. There's nothing weird about not enjoying a game mode.

I said if you're smashing your face into PvP despite not enjoying it thinking it'll be dramatically different at higher ranks, you're wasting your time.
Folks who are treating CC like a mandatory grind are out of their minds. There's nothing to grind for. If you're not enjoying it, stop doing it.

If you think the new PvP is fun and just needs some improvement, it makes sense to provide feedback and to keep queuing up.

There was a match where I lost 2 of my WHM LB's because the opposing WHM Imp'd me in 0,00001s of the cast and the LB's did nothing

PvP cosmetics are more accessible now than they've been at any point in the game's history.
You're showered with currency whether you win or lose, and nothing is locked behind rank except portrait frames.
Get serious. Zero people on the forum are complaining that it's too hard to unlock cosmetics.
It's just "boo-hoo I'd be top 100 for sure but my teammates are bad and my opponents are cheating" in every other thread.
