    flame gear effect

    quick question about flame gear effect.

    do all immortal company equipment pieces count to grant this effect or only those whose name starts with flame?
    I was thinking of buying an Ul'dahn Cudgel over a Flame Sergeant's Cudgel to avoid the refresh -3 and because I'm honestly never going to wear sanction since its so inconvenient; and I'm not sure if it'll trigger the effect of my other pieces.

    Anyone can confirm this?

    Only the ones that have "Flame/Storm/Serpent Gear (x or more pieces)" on them give bonuses

    Anything that you bought at counter triggers the pieces with set bonus. Doesnt need to have serpent or flames.

    It says in the patch notes. The effects are determined by how many company-bought pieces you have. The "Flame gear" is essentially "Gear from the Immortal Flames".
