That's probably a much smaller issue that it seems. Sure it happens, but most of the time it's a simple matter of the lowest common denominator. In order to get Orbone in roulette, all 24 people need to be level 70+ and have it unlocked. Meanwhile it only takes a single player below 60 or with no other alliance raids unlocked to force the other 23 into Crystal Tower.

Honestly, those requirements kinda suck... I know, story reasons is why this is a thing. It took me ages to unlock Bozja myself since the first and third raids barely ever popped for me when I queued. Hope it works out for you.

FWIW, I suspect that rather than queuing in directly, you might do well to make a party finder. I see people doing that here on Primal sometimes, and when I've got nothing else to do and spot one, I've often hopped into those to help someone get through the content that's blocking them.

Bozja is locked behind Annihilation, the Ridorana Lighthouse, and I have trying to complete that for over 30 days now. Que times are impossible at all hours of the day in fact I'm in the que now and it's been 30 mins. Help! Ravana(OCE)

What are you trying to achieve here? It feels like every day at the moment you're making another thread that's either "OCE is empty" or "nobody's here so I got a free house". (And if it isn't you today then it's the other poster playing the same tune.)

And if you seriously believe you cannot get into Ridorana, then you have never checked PF and seen the multiple Ivalice runs per day on weekends and often on weekdays as well. I have helped out a number of them and seen other parties queuing. You might have to wait a while, but that isn't any different to my experience on Elemental, and they almost always fill enough to run it.

I'm not really sad about this since this content was made for a minority of players so what do you expect when you barely get anyone playing content meant for minority section of players?

EDIT: Pardon as I forgot to see your an AU player. So now you people have your own servers not only are you playing content that is meant for the hardcore minority and a minority of people play it your on servers that sadly you people are not forced to completely migrate over to. Perhaps you all should insist you people play on your own regions servers and then hopefully more hardcore minority people come onto your servers to play content made for a minority of people.

Well that's the problem SE gearing/loot system make. Older players got nothing to get there so they will not run it. Even the new raids is the same. When people get the glam they want they stop run it. To fix it there need to be content upgrade to things from the raid. I think new rear to get crafting parts be a good boost. But SE failed from the get go make older content relevant.
