Recommended Settings?

I finally got around to installing Final Fantasy XIV on my laptop, and I'm wanting to find the best balance of graphics and performance. What settings should I choose?

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
CPU: Intel i7 2670QM
RAM: 8 GB
Resolution: 1600x900

(Sorry if this is the wrong forum, wasn't for sure where to put it.)

I'm running on an Asus G60JX from 2 years ago which has:
Nvidia GTS 360M (1GB GDDR5 VRAM)
Core i5 @2.27 GHz x4
4GB DDR3

Running on these settings at :

Native monitor resolution is 1366x768, but I mainly play with the laptop attached to a monitor via HDMI.
