Broken facial feature on f hellsguard roegadyn?

Steps:
1. Create new character
2. Select Roegadyn ♀
3. Choose Hellsguard
4. Select "Appearance"
5. Go to "Face"
6. Select 4th face option, on the right
7. Go to "Facial Features"
8. Select last facial feature on the third row

This beauty mark's equivalent seems to work just fine on all other face options, and works as intended on the sea wolf version of the same face option.

I tried to see if this had ever been brought up on the forums before, as I've never heard anyone mention this issue before I tried to use it in game, and I found this thread, but it seemed rude to reply to a 6 year old thread https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/311879 and I've never used the forums before so I don't know the etiquette on that, but I was told by friends I should make a forum post in addition to my bug report? Sorry.

Image for comparison between hellsguard and sea wolf options (same face option seems to be the default for F sea wolf, but for both I chose a hair option that keeps the hair out of the face for easier viewing)

Evidently I don't know how to read rules even though I looked over the pinned thread to make sure I was doing this right, so this will probably be the only post I ever make here, if that makes anyone feel better.
