This. Static priority marks are pointless in CC.
The team should be switching targets dynamically based on enemy positioning and ability usage.
There's virtually zero value in identifying the order in which you'd ideally kill the enemy team as if it's a PvE encounter.
Marks like that are clutter at best and confusing at worst.
