According to the tooltip, Intervene is supposed to do a 2s Stun on your target when it hits. Currently this does NOT work. I have tested this in matches, on the striking dummy and in duels to verify.

It moves you to the target and deals damage but the stun component is entirely missing.

This is really bad as it means it is missing a key part of it's crowd control (Since Intervene has two charges, it SHOULD allow you to lock down one target or help peel allies being attacked).

Without this, Paladin is significantly weaker compared to other tanks and borders on being a dead weight as two of it's three stuns are simply not functioning.
