If this doesn't get fixed by ISPs, I'll probably transfer to Materia. It's ridiculous to use VPN to play from EU in EU Servers.
Hey, all! I'm also from Bulgaria here and having the same issue since yesterday, shortly after the patch.
I've submitted a ticket and got an answer today, in which I was advised to change my preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 ,as well as my alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4. Which unfortunately did nothing to solve the issue.
I was advised to come to the technical support forums instead. And boy, I did not expect to find so many of us Bulgarians here having the same problem xD
Not sure what to make of this but I hope this raises awareness towards the situation.

Same here, I'm very confused.
Just want to clarify that I play on Chaos. Can't also log on Light too however, but it lets me in on each and every other Data Center.
I wonder if SE even know that there are that many of Bulgarians playing their game Xd
this thing whatever it is got me curious to run some CMD tests with each regions Data Center ips
and from former WoW experience all i know is ms home and ms world if both numbers are huge you get alot of lag and is definitely not a ISP issue

Hi from UK but writing on behalf of my Bulgarian BF since SE said they want people to post about it on the forums. I think it's ridiculous they haven't said anything to you guys by now it's been 24 hours. Yesterday I thought it'd be an easy fix but now it seems a little bit more worrying. Pretty shitty to take people's subscription money then not try help them out when something network related (seemingly) has gone wrong.
+1 having issues logging in from Bulgaria. VPN is a workaround, but should not be a permanent resolution to this issue.
