I believe it was posted around here, but the problem is not on Square enix side. Here is how we managed to fix it for most of bulgarians NOT ALL. In the discord you can find more info or ask questions.

"The cause of the 2002 issue that started after the maintenance of 26.04.2022 (well not right after, some people were playing for a while. The timing just happens to be similar) has been tracked down. A networking chokepoint that shouldn't exist went down. A node a couple of Bulgarian ISPs and several other ISPs were using to connect to the rest of Europe went down.
Bulgarian ISP were notified and Vivacom are midway on fixing the issue. A1 are working on it.
If you are not Bulgarian contact your ISP and tell them you can't connect to 195.82.50.9 (this is the address to one of the Data Centers). Tell them a networking node is down.
You will probably be asked to trace it. That's by running the tracert command.
To trace it: open Command Prompt (cmd) since it's a networking issue the current directory does not matter. Just open Start Menu and type cmd or any folder and type cmd in the destination field it's a shortcut, the actual exe is located in
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
Then execute the command tracert 195.82.50.9
that is the address of one of the European Data Centers, the other is 195.82.50.10. It doesn't matter which since the issue is so far from the Square Enix.
