This person has just single-handedly saved all of Bulgaria, all hail the hero!Small update. Anyone who's ISP is Vivacom should be able to log on normally now. I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago and I had to give them the EU server's IP addresses to check them out and they confirmed that there was some sort of central issue with the following IP's : 195.82.50.9 (Chaos) and 195.82.50.10 (Light), maybe 20 minutes after Vivacom got them back up and working normally. I suggest if you're on A1 to contact them the same way and mention this, to see if there's any improvement or at least have them acknowledge the issue.
That's reassuring it's been fixed, thanks for the updates! I have been having the same issue, also in Bulgaria, but not on Vivacom. Fingers crossed the other ISPs get it sorted out quick
Also, like others, I am floored at how many BG folks there seem to be around -- who knew!
Just recieved a call from A1, they basically said that they have rerouted all the traffic to the servers, but the paths to the servers that go through SE have fallen and basically they can't do anything about it.
The guys from A1 have reported the problem to the team in SE as top priority as not only Bulgaria cannot access it, but Serbia, Macedonia and Georgia too. They said that some of the people should be able to log in without problems, but the SE team are still working on resolving the issue.
So basically for those on A1 just wait a bit longer they will go live soon or probably tomorrow, that's what I was told.
As for the problem it's on SE's side so yeah, but I'm glad they are trying hard to resolve the issue!

Well, that spares me a long and tedious conversation with A1, thank you!

Thank you for the info Niksun <3 Really helpful, I was told by A1 support to wait for a call but most likely I will get same response. Glad to know it's a problem SE has acknowledged and working onReally gives me hope! Thank you again.

Thanks for taking the time to contact them and explain the issue, glad that it is fixed (at least for Vivacom users). I hope that A1 will do a similar thing.

Honestly I really wouldn't have had the slightest idea of how to explain this problem to the ISP, so I'm grateful for all the assistance you and Yato provided today. Cheers!
