Small update. Anyone who's ISP is Vivacom should be able to log on normally now. I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago and I had to give them the EU server's IP addresses to check them out and they confirmed that there was some sort of central issue with the following IP's : 195.82.50.9 (Chaos) and 195.82.50.10 (Light), maybe 20 minutes after Vivacom got them back up and working normally. I suggest if you're on A1 to contact them the same way and mention this, to see if there's any improvement or at least have them acknowledge the issue.
