Just received feedback from EU SE Customer Support, followed the steps to change preferred DNS server, but that did not help. I also received this message - "If the issue still persists, we would recommend posting on the official FFXIV technical support forum as there is already an existing thread on the issue. This is the best place to highlight the issue as if the issue is not with your home network equipment, this is not something we would be able to assist with troubleshooting steps." Seems like they know about the issue and the thread at least. Hope they do something about it soon.
