Error 2002 after the patch

i am using Vivacom ISP connection NET1 whats the issue if calling them gets the response the problem is not on their end?
all the generic response to write a ticket to SE tech support

I called A1 and explained I can't log in to FFXIV, they asked me which DC and that they are working on it. Will see if they can help. Didn't get indo issue is not on their end so fingers crossed.

Been having this issue since yesterday and thought i was the only one ;w; (ima also from Bulgaria hehe) Tried contacting customer support but they couldn't really help since the issue isn't with my internet,not that im aware of atleast..

What did you give them as info, actually and im wondering has anyone contacted Vivacom on the matter ?
