Same with me as well.

I tried pinging the Data Center (Light) from my PC and a friend who is using a different ISP (both in Bulgaria), however we couldn't get a response. The route also showed no issues other than the end point (the DC itself).

Interesting thing though - I downloaded a VPN, and when using an IP based in the US or Japan the pings got a response, so it's not like the servers/DC is cutting off all connections. Couldn't get a response when I tried from Germany, Austria, Greece, Poland and Romania, however.

I've also submitted an inquiry to the Support Center, so I'll let you guys know when they answer, though I really hope the issue will be resolved by then
