I'll be honest here, it would be refreshing if we receive some kind of acknowledgment if the issue is at least tagged and being worked on. And since it would be counterproductive to add even more in SE's plate, did anyone get a response on their existing tickets? I would imagine any kind of automated(even manual) failover procedure would've taken less than ten hours.
