    Just came on to look for this issue. I've been unable to play since I DLed the patch last night. Also from Bulgaria. Having read all your posts this definitely seems targeted. Something to do with the war maybe? I put in a ticket last night but have yet to receive a reply.

    Didn't SE admit at some point in the past they never read the English forums ? Also this problem happened after a major packet loss in the international traffic at least from what I noticed (Bulgaria too) so it could be something in the routing issue that SE can't even intervene with. So either way ... VPN for life i guess sadge

    I'm also from Bulgaria and have been experiencing this issue when connecting to the servers after the latest patch. Currently playing on PS5 since the PC is not available.

    As an addition to this, I could also NOT log in/register to the forums until I connected to a VPN, so it seems like a bigger issue IMO.

    And hello to my fellow Bulgarians, I support the idea of creating a Linkshell and playing together IF this issue gets resolved!

    Edit:
    When connecting to an AP that uses A1 ISP, I am able to log in to the forums, but still unable to connect to a data center. When using a Vivacom ISP connection, I can NOT log in to the forums as well. Seems pretty weird.

    Edit 2:
    When using a Telenor/Yettel ISP connection, I can log in!!!! Seems like a Vivacom and A1 issue.

    i am using VIVACOM but what exactly should i tell them about issue, i dont know much about technical stuff, i mean internet is working fine thats what they will check rest of it a bit complicated to explain

    I called A1 and explained I can't log in to FFXIV, they asked me which DC and that they are working on it. Will see if they can help. Didn't get indo issue is not on their end so fingers crossed.

    Been having this issue since yesterday and thought i was the only one ;w; (ima also from Bulgaria hehe) Tried contacting customer support but they couldn't really help since the issue isn't with my internet,not that im aware of atleast..

    Just received feedback from EU SE Customer Support, followed the steps to change preferred DNS server, but that did not help. I also received this message - "If the issue still persists, we would recommend posting on the official FFXIV technical support forum as there is already an existing thread on the issue. This is the best place to highlight the issue as if the issue is not with your home network equipment, this is not something we would be able to assist with troubleshooting steps." Seems like they know about the issue and the thread at least. Hope they do something about it soon.
