The problem in Macedonia has been solved. We followed Yatogami's example here.

Small update. Anyone who's ISP is Vivacom should be able to log on normally now. I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago and I had to give them the EU server's IP addresses to check them out and they confirmed that there was some sort of central issue with the following IP's : 195.82.50.9 (Chaos) and 195.82.50.10 (Light), maybe 20 minutes after Vivacom got them back up and working normally. I suggest if you're on A1 to contact them the same way and mention this, to see if there's any improvement or at least have them acknowledge the issue.

We contacted out ISP, explained that we can't access servers with addresses 195.82.50.9 and 195.82.50.10. This morning they contacted me back by e-mail and told me that they are working on the case and we already can log in now. This is for those who are on T-Home ISP.
