Issue persists, this is already 16+ hours of no access to EU Data Centers. My support ticket has no answer yet.

Oh my tickets only got some of those generic replies.. not really helpful.. Im not sure they are aware of this at all?

Same for me 2 (I'm from Macedonia, btw). I can't log on to EU Data Centers, but I can log on to every other one. I got randomly kicked from the Data Center yesterday and couldn't log on ever since.



are they aware of the issue at all? i just wanna play please

Does not seem to be the case. Why would it take this many hours, when to me it looks like a rather simple to fix server error. Were it something major, much more regions would be having this issue.
Still no reply to my ticket at least. Also, usually making more tickets, should help. The more reports there are, the higher the probability for the issue to actually get noticed.

+1 2002 error From Bulgaria
+1 Error 2002 from Bulgaria since yesterday. Two disconnects after the patch during the day and then can't connect at all (only to European DCs). Ticket is sent as well.

VPN from the Netherlands gateway is working right now, but this issue is too serious imho and using VPN is NOT a solution.
Just came on to look for this issue. I've been unable to play since I DLed the patch last night. Also from Bulgaria. Having read all your posts this definitely seems targeted. Something to do with the war maybe? I put in a ticket last night but have yet to receive a reply.
