suspending people for using emotes/fireworks after defeating an opponent is ludicrous

taunting your opponent with emotes has always been part of the PVP game spirit

fortnite has a full catalogue of emotes dedicated just for taunting

TF2 gives you an achievement for providing your opponent with a freezecam of you taunting over them

Darksouls has gestures intended for taunting enemy players

if you're going after people for some victory dance in pvp then go for streamers too since they've done worse

If people are getting upset over someone emoting over their dead body I would be concerned if some of those same people decided to take a break and play Mortal Kombat...

All jokes aside, if we're about to start punishing players for this why not take the easier route and remove the ability to emote altogether?

This is also a viable solution
