Potential Win Trading In Ranked (Not just cheating)

I started to notice this, and it's gotten significantly worse, since I've hit Platinum. It's as if there is a massive skill drop-off in my teammates now and the players I'm up against are extremely coordinated and just obliterate me and my teammates in seconds. It's like they all know who specifically to target and at the right time.

I'm not even going to go into the cheating / hacking issue that's a seperate issue on top of this and it's hard to prove.

However I can't really explain what's going on anymore. It's as if the players I'm teamed up with are consistently just atrocious despite being in Gold / Platinum. They fall like flies. Meanwhile on my end, I get focus targetted almost straight out of the gate and killed in 2 seconds. Even when I preemptively shield it doesn't matter. I still die in the same amount of time. I cannot heal, I cannot react, I cannot do anything when this happens.

It's at the point where I'm starting to question if there is something fishy going on. Either my teammates are just bad, or they're intentionally throwing. Either the enemy is just better, or they're more coordinated than should be possible in a pug.

While it is impossible to que up as a group, like has been proven already with frontlines, this does not really matter, and it's far worse of an issue in CC because the groups are so small that it is significantly easier for a group of friends to que up all at the same time and manage to get into the same group. And if at least ONE of them ends up on the enemy side? Well now you have a deadweight who's going to intentionally throw to ensure their friends on the other team win. You don't think this is possible? Just the other day I tested this out myself. Qued up at the exact same time as somebody, we ended up in the same group. If you don't think this happened on a large scale, especially in the higher Rank tiers, you're deluded.

I ranked to Plat as a MCH within a week. I could not possibly have done this as a bad player. I did not suddenly get hit with the bad-player stick when I hit Platinum. The same people who rose to platinum should be on par with me. However, I am constantly being grouped with players who are like on steroids, who are highly coordinated, and many a time suspciously don't die from attacks that should kill them. Meanwhile my teammates are mysteriously terrible on average despite being in the same tier as me. They should not have gotten this far if they were so bad so either we're all just getting outplayed by a coordinated group of friends who abused the que system to get into the same group, or they're intentionally throwing my games.

Either way I did not encounter this kind of behavior before Platinum and it has only gotten worse as time as gone on and I remain stuck in this tier unable to progress. Now I am lucky to win a single game a day. I'm fed up to say the least.

As I said just delete ranked entirely as these kinds of players have already ruined it. I've played PvP games for many years and never before have I encountered a community with such horrible sportsmanship as this one. There is zero integrity with the PvP in this game whatsoever.

There's never any integrity with PvP, it's one of the many reasons that I usually don't touch it.
Even in a decent community like this, there's way too many people that just don't care. You think this is bad? The only reason it's not worse elsewhere is that other games actually have decent ways to filter out the bad actors. Here you get the full brunt of them.
But yeah I'm with you on the "delete ranked" at least. Or just take away all the rewards for it so that people who want it for itself can have it and everyone else doesn't feel pressured to play it.

It bears mentioning that they've set up a system via certain add-ons that can automatically put you into a discord with other players on your team who are also using the add-on, which quite obviously would provide a huge advantage if you can vocally coordinate actions with even one other person.

I find this method of "cheating" a lot more tolerable then the ones that are letting people do things that are straight up impossible otherwise, though.

IMHO ranked can stay, what should have been taken away is REWARDS tied to ranked.. IF you are a truly pvper that like the mode so much you can do it without rewards and just for the placement at the end of the season. gg.
(ANd honestly this is what i tought they would have learned to do after feast but it seems they have not)

what nonsense is this? So they should remove rewards from everything as there is always people who will not like that part.

No rewards in Savage, No rewards for crafting, no rewards for...

BTW, what rewards are tied exclusive to ranked? because the Trophy Crystals can be earn multiple PvP activities right?

There are titles and calling card frames exclusive to the top 100 of CC. Community asked for rewards that wouldn't go away and they still made it so that a limited group gets them but hopefully the calling card frames/titles are the exact same each season so there is no incentive to cheat/RMT/wintrade to top spots every season and people always have a chance to try to obtain the rewards

Dunno if you are sincere or playing dumb... feast was a problem exactly because the ranked mode has cheaters and wintrades. CC was born because of this and SE said that they would have changed the reward system.
This happened partially.
You can get a lot of rewards just playing casual, and EVEN losing. But some are AGAIN exclusive.. (the frames) . Add to this the fact that they are TIME GATED on the contrary of wichever you compared (savage, crafting, are not time gated)

Then dont play it and dont get the rewards... I like Ultimate weapons... I cant play it, I dont get the rewards. Deal with it.
