Ranked frames reward question

Am I able to get the previous rank frames lower from what you ranked at?

For example: If I rank Diamond at the end of the season, am I able to get all the lower tier frames? (ie: platinum, gold, silver, bronze)

I don't think anybody knows but in Feast you only got the rewards for the bracket you placed in and not anything under it

if you got platinum every season you would not get the bronze,silver,gold etc etc title
