Machinist has been lying dead in a gutter since the 6.0 tooltips got announced. Its job philosophy is a selfish dps in the role that by design deals the least amount of damage. Its strict cooldowns and windows leaves it feeling needlessly punishing to play yet underwhelming given its damage hits like a wet noodle.

The design team's current obsession with homogenization and a staid 2-min %-dmg raid buff for 20+ seconds is leaving jobs like MCH without any room for a fun, interesting identity. Let us plant debuffing turrets on the arena. Let us go akimbo or use the cool PvP sniper rifle. Let us do something beyond "press the 580-potency weaponskill every 20 seconds".

SE. Please give us at least one complex job per role, to help newer players learn more about the game and to give experienced players something fun to play. Both casual and hardcore players will love you for it. (please i just want my cowboy Gundam job to be cool)
