Adding Numeric Information to stat tooltips

The character attribute screen provides hovering tooltips explaining what each stat does. However, no numbers are provided to quantify the impact of the stat in question. For something like defense, my understanding is that the number is plugged into a formula to provide a percentage damage reduction. It would be helpful to have the output of that function included in the tooltip. Likewise for other stats provided.

If this would require too much space (making tool tip too big), then would it be possible to add an info icon to the attributes page that opens a pop-up explaining the different stats in more detail? I would also like to suggest a tooltip that clarifies how many seconds pass between ticks for damage over time effects. My understanding is that damage ticks every three seconds. Knowing how defense is applied to damage over time effects would also be greatly appreciated.

Having that information readily available would greatly reduce the need to use 3rd party sites to understand the less intuitive parts of jobs in the game, as well as the role secondary stats play.
