These sound good. However, wildfire may need a similar change, since it pairs with heat blast, to guarantee full potency.

I like the bioblaster + flamethrower idea, but instead of the heat reward at the end, it should maybe generate 5 per tick of damage(obviously not per target).
Reassemble should probably stay, because it's not on any resource; kaiten used kenki
I REALLY hope they don't add casting back to MCH. Back in Heavensward I refused to level MCH, because of the casting, and even dropped playing BRD. I don't enjoy it in PVP, but it's a little more understandable, because MCH does so much damage.
