Crappy PvP player's 2 cents on Crystaline Conflict

Just some ground facts first... I hate PvP. I suck at PvP. I did WoW PvP during BC for some gear. Was bad then and hated it then too.

The format of CC I like. Random teams I like.
Overall what BUIII has done is a good foundation for a PvP match.

But...
Being instantly chain cc'd I do not like.
Being instantly nuked for over half my HP by non-LBs and dying, I don't like.
It's probably my own fault for being so bad, but I have no way of knowing that after hearing about people cheating with add-ons and such.
Especially when you get cc'd 3 times in a row without a single second in between them.

The only thing I DO know is; I just hit Rank 10 on the Series bar and I only have 10 wins. You'd think with random teams of 5 people that you'd have roughly a 50% win rate, right? But I'm at 33% right now for the 30 matches I've been in. Even with the given that I suck at PvP, I can't be the only person participating that sucks. It should all even out, right? Do I not get teamed up with the cheaters for the ez win?

So I guess I'll just keep losing to better players (and cheaters?) till I hit rank 25 for the armor and (hopefully) can eek out a measly 30 wins for the Garo mount.

I doubt anyone would bother cheating in casual unless they just really want to be a toxic asshat, but with no matchmaking at all it's also pretty easy to get consistently rofl-stomped there. Last I checked I have more casual than ranked matches but still have more wins in ranked.

I got called a cheater today.
Using MCH with a buffed Drill, I took out someone with ~30% HP through guard.
You know because guards broken and I exploited perfect timing to kill them and I should kill my self.
Not that the tooltip on MCH says “this ability does full damage through guard”
Only because cheaters to the left, and cheaters to the right
