Yes while I play NW people abused this system to ban people they don't like from game. If SE going to use a report system they are going to need dedicated GMs for it.. They will often get false reports because when people lose they often claim other side cheating some times it is true but usually not true :3

I am not fan of FFXIV pvp but I see many people (my FC friends) liked it, I hope SE can find a good solution for it.
