I agree with you in everything. There are so many issues in this PvP, but some of them are very quick fixes that should have already been implemented. The WHM healing exploit, some braindead adjustments in potency to a few jobs, the thing you mentioned about hitting guard twice deactivating it, some cc immunity, reducing/increasing the AOE and/or cool down of some abilities... There are many changes that are both quick to implement and mostly uncontroversial. They should have been addressed within the first week.
