Question relating scripts/bots in pvp CC

I have also read that there is a tool that puts a mark on the SAM if he or she has it's LB ready so you don't hit them in case of Hissatsu: Chiten.
All in all I mean it's pretty resourceful I have to say but doesn't it demolish the whole principle of playing pvp?

I manually mark SAM's that have LB ready with an ignore marker and it does nothing 90% of the time and 3-4 people hit Chiten so I don't think a tool is needed for that
