Housing: Message after bidding incorrect wording

Frequency: Every time I've bid so far.
World name: Brynhildr
Character name: Quest Redwind
NPC name: Placard
Housing: Ward 21, Plot 48 Empy
Steps:
1. Bid on house
2. Notification comes up stating "You have submitted a lottery entry for plot 21, ward 48, Empyreum."
3. The issue is its actuall Ward 21, PLOT 48. It switched the words. This might confuse some people trying to find the placard they bid on to get their refund.

I hope they fix this issue. But the player can actually confirm the correct ward/plot by going to their timers window. The actual record, thankfully was stored correct.
