Since we are talking about feedback for jobs, I would like to put my hat in the ring for some changes for monk. First let me identify the current issues with the job and try to provide some solutions.

First Chakra overflow:
At level 90 in monk's opener and 2m burst chakra overflow causes a big issue where mnk loses damage because they either have to double weave, which is next to impossible to do without good ping or third party tools or you would just suck it up and lose the chakra. This was an issue for mnk as well in shb and was even brought up in the media tour by Drak when he had his interview with Yoshi P. He stated that the team would look into it and here we are a whole patch into Endwalker and chakra overflow still has not been addressed.

My proposed solution to this would be to allow FBC to either stack to 7 or 10 stacks and still have it consume 5, while meditate would only give 5 stacks outside of combat and still give 1 inside of combat. This would give the player a lot more leeway in usage of FBC and removes a lot of frustration.

Second No OGCDS:
Please for the love of god return some of our ogcds damaging abilities back, we now have only 1 ogcd ability now (FBC) and to be honest it was one of the most boring out of the bunch. Returning some of these abilities or even adding some new ones would make the downtime between our burst a lot more interesting as we wouldn't only be spamming gcds with the occasional FBC. I would rather see riddle of wind be removed as it is one of the most boring and bland buffs in the game for some of our ogcds coming back.

Third BLITZ:
If blitzs are going to become a core job mechanic now please make them more interesting instead of locking them behind perfect balance. I would love to see some blitz leaned into more as something that we are doing a lot instead of just in our 60s and 2m burst. As of right now blitz's are essentially watered down combination of mudras and meikyo shisui. Imagine if instead of having Anatman, a button that doesn't even have a purpose, the mnk could gain stacks of enlightenment where after each combo they complete, they could unlock a blitz up to a maximum of 3 where they could unleash a series of blitz's or even just 1 or 2. This would keep the idea of being able to pool a blitz for raid buffs but still gives them use outside of burst.
