If you were one of the ones with a winner of 0 and no participants, then I'd leave your money there until they say otherwise. They know the lottery winners on those plots and the issue was communicating that between systems. If you did win and leave your money there, then it can be finalized when they fix the issue like the other wins that were able to be communicated.

They've had some people who withdrew their money not realizing and of course that complicates things because if they did win, they can't collect that gil easily now in an automated manner.

And even IF something came to pass like the poster above me, they're not going to just say "Too bad, so sorry". They will find a way to restore what is lost. So I feel that you can trust keeping your gil in there until they give the all clear.
