Steps:
1. Gather enough money for multiple people to submit a vote on a plot.
2. Give multiple members of the FC the ability to buy housing
3. Each member takes enough money to submit a bid.
4. Each member goes to the housing plot, and submits a bid for it as a part of the FC
5. Total number of bids tick up, and most of them will be for a single Free Company.
6. Presumably, the vast majority of the money will be returned to the FC, so they don't even LOSE the money for this. But unable to confirm this currently.

Q: What happens if multiple free company members enter the lottery for multiple free company plots and we win more than one?
A: You will need to choose one of the winning plots and then complete the purchase procedure. The other plots will be treated as "failing to claim your plot of land during the results period despite having won the lottery" and a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid at entry.

Q: What happens if multiple free company members apply for one plot and win?
A: Every member holds a unique lottery number and only the member who has the winning number can proceed with the purchase. Other members will not be selected and will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid at entry.

No it doesn’t, because people applying for houses on behalf of their FC can’t apply for houses in private wards and vice versa. FCs are only competing with other FCs, and private buyers are only competing with other private buyers.
