    Losing Housing Lottery As The Only Participant

    When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

    Date & Time: 17th April, 2022, 1 am (when housing lottery ended in AEST)
    World name: Ravana
    Character name: Lil Meatlover
    Area and coordinates: X:13 Y:8.3
    Housing: Plot 48, 19th Ward, Empyreum
    Steps:
    1. Entered house lottery
    2. Lottery period ends with only one participant (me)
    3. Placard says I rolled "0" and lost the lottery even though there was only one participant (me)
    Placard now says there were no participants in this lottery

    Seeing many other reports of this bug from my own server and others as well
