Disable Retainer Greeting and Farewll

Every time a retainer is selected, there is a greeting and a farewell dialog box that shows at bottom. You have to click to dismiss it.

PLEASE DISABLE THESE MESSAGES!! I go into retainers hundreds of times a day and don't need to keep seeing these two annoying message for each retainer.

The game is usually great at removing annoyances. This is one that needs to addressed.
Or give an option to disable it.

I agree with you. Actually the only reason I found your post was because I googled how to remove their greetings and farewell speech since I face the same issue.

Another good change would be a favorites ventures. I tend to swap between 2/3 types of specific ventures under mining and botanist, and having to swap and go through 4 pages of dialogue and lists in order to swap it every time (considering possibility of having up to 10 retainers) can be exhausting and inconvenient.

Imagine you are capped with wind crystals, and want to switch the retainers to fire crystals, it would be nice if there was an easy quick way you can do that by adding wind and fire crystals to your favorite bar showing at the same page where you can reassign your venture to the existing venture (like do you want to reassign, do this other favorited venture, or recall? i.e. third option in the middle).
