Please Add Roles to Crystal Conflict

It's amazing how many times you queue into a match and instantly know that your time is going to be wasted and your rank is going to piss in the wind.

I prepose that required roles are needed for CC
1 Tank for each team
1 healer
3 DPS
this is the most fair way I can think of making CC a better experience for everyone. Especially in ranked

And then people will complain when the get GNB vs enemy WAR or SCH vs WHM. While it would be nice to have more balanced queues overall they would need to re-adjust the roles first.

For some reason the game counts Tanks and Healers into same slot if they can't find equal amount of either, I've never seen something like 1 tank 4 dps vs 3 heal 2 dps, it's always 1 tank 1 heal 3 dps or 2 heal 3 dps in those cases.

Lastly I'm against this because as SCH I always want secondary healer in my team and preferrably 1-2 Tanks so I can just straight up grind the enemy team out in long games.

Lack of balance is what will kill them as well. If there's two healers why stack them onto one team?

You mean that because pvp is garabge and the rewards dried up just like what will happen with CC in a couple months?

Yep role lock was the number one reason Feast queue died. The jobs also aren't balanced for roles anymore. Role lock is a terrible idea that will without doubt kill PvP again.
