Plan out what? CC has zero strategic depth and very little tactical depth.
The plan is push the crystal, and target macros are superior in every way to calling priorities in spawn before you see enemy positioning.
Chat for CC would be 100% downside. I want my teammates playing the match and trying to win, not sitting in spawn having a dialogue about whose fault it is that the first engagement went south.
