Most of the retainer venture items aren't useful and just get sold, donated, desynthed, or discarded. Replacing furnishing and housing parts with other junk items probably wouldn't change that much.

The valuable items from retainer ventures are valuable because they are rare.

This reads like a non-sequitur to me. I'm not sure how removing outdoor garbage would make other items any less rare? I would much rather my retainers deliver stuff that I might be able to use vs. stuff I can't use at all. At least Indoor Furnishings can be put in an Apartment or FC Room.
