Thread: Housing Lottery Timing

OK I am really confused on something...When is there a good time to put my name in to get a new housing plot?

I've been trying for a while but every time I go to a medium plot, it's on the waiting results until X time at X date part. (For example, 10:59 am on May 8th is the latest one)

Do I have to wake up early one something?

Things are on hold right now until the 16th of May when it sounds like they are going to push a fix though to award the houses won by people struck by the 0 bug. Once that is done they'll open the remaining houses up for another rounds of bidding. Lets hope all goes well with the fix when they run the maintenance. There will be a few days for people who won to claim their houses before the next round begins.

As Layla says, housing purchase and relocation is suspended until all the problems with the first lottery are fixed.

Since the fix won't be implemented until the 16th at the earliest, it's going to be at least 3 weeks before a new lottery entry period starts and longer if the fix is delayed or new problems are found.

Rather than watching placards (which are displaying placeholder information for the time being), keep an eye on the Lodestone for housing updates the week of the 16th. I'm sure they'll post details on how long the original winners have to claim their plots and when the next lottery entry period will begin.
