This is to help balance both Crystalline Conflict and Frontlines. Main goal is to reduce non LB burst at the top end and reduce widespread aoe damage
General:
-Resilience from Purify now grants immunity to all CC for 8 seconds without any conditional.
-Ranged attacks that deal damage in an area around a target now deal 75% damage to secondary targets.
Tanks:
Warrior
-Primal Rend now applies a 2 second Bind to the target and 2 seconds of Heavy to nearby targets.
-Blota now applies a 2 second stun instead of Heavy to the target.
-Guard Break effect duration reduced to 10 seconds
Paladin
-Intervene now reduces the target's damage dealt by 10% for 5 seconds.
-Atonement deals 25% increased damage against targets affected by Sacred Claim.
Gunbreaker
-Double down inflicts Heavy for 3 seconds on all targets hit.
-Double down now has a junction effect: 10% increased damage taken, 10% reduced damage dealt, or heals nearby allies.
-Nebula can target allies.
-Gunbreaker takes 50% less damage and is immune to CC during Relentless Rush.
-Gnashing Fang and normal Melee combo no longer break eachother.
Healer
White Mage
-Miracle of Nature replaced by Fluid Aura which causes a 10 yalm knockback and 2 second Bind.
-Cure II is now an instant cast.
-Limit Break category readjusted to "Strong" and requires 120 seconds to charge up from 60 seconds.
Scholar
-Recitation effect now automatically causes your next Biolysis or Adloquium to be an AoE effect centered on the target instead of increasing the effect by 50%.
-Deployment tactics on enemies now requires the Biolytic effect. Deals a 6000 potency damage aoe centered on the target, inflicting 2 seconds of Bind on the target and Heavy to nearby enemies.
-Deployment tactics on allies now requires the Catalyze effect. Heals nearby allies for 6000 potency and removes 1 effect that can be removed by Purify.
Sage
-HP increased to 51000.
Melee
Dragoon
-Wyrmwind Thrust max potency reduced to 15000.
-Geirskogul's Life of the Dragon effect changed to 10% increased damage dealt and taken.
-Skyshatter Dive damage potency reduced to 15000. Potency now increases by 100% to targets within 5 yalms.
Ninja
-Bunshin now adds a set 3000 damage potency to all attacks.
-Hyosho Ranryu damage reduced from 16000 to 15000.
Samurai
-Midaare Setsugekka potency reduced to 15000.
-Mineuchi is now a weaponskill rather than an ability.
Reaper
-Soul Slice is now Soul Scythe, an aoe attack centered on the Reaper, and can generate up to 2 stacks of Soul Sacrifice.
-Soul Sacrifice max damage potency reduced to 18000.
-Limit Break animation delay halved.
Any job not stated are either getting hit with the general nerfbat or the baseline to which others are being adjusted to.
