Yea I don't like the idea of getting free rare items/armor. This seems mostly so newbies have access to cheap food whenever they log on so they can get the 3% bonus on top of their rested bonus. Someone suggested higher level beds that could get different items/dreams, that sounds like a great idea and can kinda be like Gardening in FF11.
