Healers need an overhaul

if you're not happy go play healer in ESO, WOW, GW2, New World, Bard/pally in Lost Ark, Overwatch even.
So many options,

Telling healers to go elsewhere is part of the problem of the current healer shortage.

And it also doesn't fix the issues the role has of which there are several.
