WHM is better than RDM for climbing ranked

RDM is very good, but WHM is better. I also think SAM is better than RDM for climbing since SAM can get those multikill LBs while RDM is typically only going to kill one enemy at a time, even if you land your LB on all 5 on a point. This means yes RDM has better single target kill potential but those won't win matches nearly as often as SAM LBs will.

NIN is also a very good contender because you can solo backlines in their spawn while being ignored. NIN also shuts down RDM and WHM, and they can do nothing back when soloed in the chaotic nature of solo queue.

RDM is very good, but WHM is better.

WHM is the best all arounder because you can sustain mitigate dps and cc. But yes the others you mentioned are good too.

NIN's best thing (to me) is that they are one of the only consistent counters to tanks. If they can get them below 50% with LB they can delete them. but I've found with casual vs ranked that it's harder to get in/around stuff because everything is all over the place.

RDM I've had the least amount of play time on but I've seen them in ranked and they can be crazy adaptive and brutal.

Actually I think wasting time with the bug is detrimental and you should instead be focusing on other things. Cure 2 is okay, but it's not what you should be spending most of your time doing as WHM in ranked. What makes WHM so good is limit break and Polymorph.

It's not like a WHM can't just spam cure II on their party while its other abilities are on cooldown.

It's generally going to be more productive then spamming Glare at enemies.
