The Spriggan Problem

So I'm from Spriggan, and I've recently noticed that the various Housing Wards (including that of my FC's home) always seemed to be dead, and many properties remained unfurnished, despite often being filled with registered Free Companies.

Partly out of curiosity, and partly as a result of recent controversy regarding the Housing System, I've been looking into the nature of the Housing Districts on the Spriggan server.

Whilst I am yet to finish gathering and analysing the data, from the data I've been able to gather and analyse so far, it is showing that the Spriggan server appears to have a very serious issue with the heavy usage of so-called 'shell FC's' to own property.

Many of these properties are often solely owned by either a single low-level character, or in the case of some Shirogane plots, occasionally a Level 70 character alongside other low level characters. In at least one instance, this includes plots in Empyreum.

Current data is suggesting that these instances number in the several hundred, and may be a noticeable, if not significant contributor towards the current Housing crisis on Spriggan.

Would it please be possible for this issue to be discussed, and if possible, a resolution found?

hey you forgot to mention there's four wards by the same person, in fact noticed other wards with another same tag too, I sent screenshots to SE asking why is this allowed if there's limited housing... and they still have them in the game SE won't do anything about people hogging wards, it's not just bots but housing designers too. Edited to add, you did mention it, my apologies! I HAVE a house for my FC, still can get annoyed on other peoples behalf when I see this behaviour.

Do you equally get upset every time you encounter an empty personal house? Because you know... there's way more of those
