Please stop adding ground mounts

I think OP does have a valid Point on the matter at hand.

Ground based Mounts, such as for example, the ARR Beast Tribe Mounts which totally shouldnt be able to fly in the first place (except the Kobold one) should have instead, increased Movement speed in comparison to Flying Mounts. It isn't a big thing to adress, but i think it would be in a Asthetic way, way better looking.

Also, on the matter with the "lol its aether, i dont have to explain **** why a Elephant can fly" excuse, if you really want to cover lore on this, kerp in mind that the overall density of Aether is fading as stated at the beginning of Endwanker, that alone could be made as a valid enough reason why certain Mounts cant fly anymore.

You can already move extremely fast on the ground in older areas if you have the mount speed upgrades from hunting. The speed is fast enough to feel like you aren't going slower than you would be with flight. The problem is that there are mountains in the way and speed does not fix that problem. Flying is just better because you can go over them.

I mean, there's a billion and one reasons for there to be flying and non-flying mounts. It could be as simple as not getting just one aether current, which.. we've all considered passing up due to how much of a pain it can be.. or it can boil down to the fact that we're in a game that has a certain element of Fantasy to it. To each their own.

I just headcanon it as ground mounts being buffeted along the wind aether streams I unlocked. They're not flying, they're getting swept up in a controlled magical hurricane of my own making.

I can understand wanting more and bigger dragon mounts, that's perfectly valid. But wanting all mounts you personally find silly looking to be grounded which would be a huge pain for everyone liking any one of those mounts is just childish and petty.
