Please stop adding ground mounts

No, we need ground mounts. Not only would it limit artistic design if they focused purely on things that made sense for flight, but many of the mounts that are made for flight look silly on the ground. HW Birds running around just... no. Remember there are always zones we cannot fly in, both before unlocking flight and even after. Bozja is a perfect example, as is PvP, Rhalgr's Reach, and Idylshire.

I do agree that it looks silly and it doesn’t make sense. On the other hand though it would limit what kind of mounts you can design and put into the game. This way everything can fly though I think they should just be grounded and unable to fly.

Not every mount needs to fly.

Agreed, it would add some variety to have some mounts work differently. Perhaps some grounded mounts could be faster on land and/or have a really big jump or something to make up for the fact they don't fly?

it's just there is no sky combat so most of the easily reusable "just add a saddle" stuff is ground based.

Everything in the world running through the sky like it's a unicorn on a rainbow or something is pretty silly but it's economical for them to make I suppose. The truly new mounts tend to all have sky travel in mind though so there's that at least

If a mount can't fly, then it will simply not be used outside of no-fly areas.
