According to reddit some suspensions have been issued n portraits reverted to the default. But it's only a rumor as far as I know

Well, if people can get suspended for (what I think) minor things then I'm not surprised if people do over certain plates.

God, no! I'd rather not have the degenerate portraits shoved in my face here.

Given that people can be reported and banned for having inappropriate portraits, I wouldn't worry about that too much.
