Mobs and NPCs aren't appearing on my screen.

When entering an area NPCS wont be visible or targetable. For instance, if I go into a room where the NPCs are displayed on the mini-map they'll be nowhere in sight on my screen.

I can close the game and reload it and the NPCs may or may not reappear, but constantly relaunching the game is an inconvenience.

2. After a while, things just vanish. Untargetable and invisible. Do not reappear after as long as 12 real life hours.
3.Fixed by running far away or logging out.
Additional note: This even includes PCs, even myself if I switch between third and first person view. Mobs that leave my range of sight can also vanish, even if they loaded before hand. I am running Windows 7 with an AMD Radeon HD 6550 graphics card.
